How do you make fried food healthy? That’s a great question. The best way is to use coconut flour. In the flour mix place salt, pepper, and paprika to your liking.
Heat up 2 jars of coconut oil in a large pan or wok. We used a wok as the sides are higher and creates a deeper cooking area.
Next crack several eggs and place them in a bowl. We cut up cauliflower, zucchini, and cut up chicken cutlets into strips and placed them into the wok. Once a golden brown the food was cooked and we had healthy gluten free fried food.
My 3 year old loved it.
